Pixarβs Inside Out 2 cast is missing some major players from the original movie, but the much-anticipated sequel is bringing back plenty of iconic voice actors to reprise their familiar roles. After the first Inside Out movie charted the fluctuating emotions of 11-year-old Riley (Kaitlyn Dias) as she struggled to adapt to her parents moving her to a new city, Inside Out 2 will pick up the story with a teenage Riley contending with a whole bunch of new emotions.
The sequel will introduce new personified feelings as well as bring back fan favorites from the first film. The two prominent emotions whose dichotomy formed the backbone of the first movie β Joy and Sadness β are back in the spotlight in Inside Out 2. But the rest of the Inside Out 2 cast will see a radical shake-up from the original filmβs ensemble. Mindy Kaling and Bill Hader will not reprise their roles in Inside Out 2 as Disgust and Fear, respectively, due to contract disputes. From a Saturday Night Live legend to an icon from The Office to an Academy Award nominee, the Inside Out 2 cast is full of great actors.
