Charlie takes a trip to Mexico to investigate a bizarre series of murders, and his life is turned upside down; he begins a torrid affair with Natalie, is abducted, and then is violently separated from one of his kidneys. He uncovers an illicit trade in organs, but also discovers that it could be more of his vital parts that are the next thing on the brutal dealer's wish-list.
This movie has had a few tiny scenes harvested from it to play nice with YouTUbe's community guidelines but should not stop your enjoyment of the film.
